It is used to lower blood sugar level and to strengthen the immune system. Nigella contains also carotene, which is converted by the liver into vitamin A. Anti-viral action against cold and flu. Due to its high containing in EFA, it makes it a good skin and hair care .It is a rich source essential fatty acids which are the building blocks of cells and help the body produce Prostaglandin E1

Conseil:External use
Apply a couple of drops of pure Black cumin oil to concerned areas. Wet your clean hands with warm water and smooth the oil ; use light gentle strokes.
Apply on hair before shampoo.
Internal Use
1 teaspoon, once a week every morning before eating
